Eligibility & Age Requirements

Sharing account credentials with or granting account access to anyone else is strictly prohibited. The user is solely responsible for all activity conducted on their account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
velke follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure secure transactions on the platform. velke may request verification documents prior to a withdrawal request or when transactions exceed a certain amount. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in withdrawals being delayed or suspended.

Deposit Terms

velke currently supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. No additional charges are applied to transactions, though your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
velke offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms must be followed to claim and use these bonuses.
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 → bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → total balance ৳47,000
Wagering Requirement
The welcome bonus wagering requirement is 10 times, calculated on the bonus amount only.
Wagering Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has its own validity period, which will be clearly stated in the offer.
- Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
- velke reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found (such as arbitrage betting or multiple accounts from the same IP), all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.
VIP program
velke's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. The cashback amount depends on the user's gaming activity during the specific week. velke reserves the right to change the conditions of the VIP tiers.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games and betting activities available at velke are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We work with reputable game providers to ensure a safe and fair experience for users.
Betting Activity
- All bets are limited to the actual available balance in the account.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
